The Weather.

Beautiful, hot and sunny. Spring is here! It came suddenly after too much snow and now it is here!

It was pouring with rain here last night. I had such a bad sleep for some reason and I could hear it all through the night from about 9pm last night to early this morning. Next week it is meant to be very warm.

We have gotten quite a bit of rain in the last couple of days. Today will be hot and sunny with rain chances later, much like a summer pattern.

It's very windy and despite the sun being out, it's a bit chilly.

Raining! I was supposed to be sorting out the garden today.

Very warm (been out) but overcast. It's far too hot for my liking.

It is warm, 81, with a breeze and may get a stray shower later.

There is a thunderstorm here right now!

We finally got rain after it being very dry with lots of wildfires. It is foggy this morning.

A beautiful spring day today. Light breeze, lots of sun and temps around 60 F. More of these days, please.

Summer has arrived! Though the humidity still isn't too bad, the temperatures are around 90.

Booo to the frost freeze warning. It's been so nice walking at 6:30 a.m. with temperatures in the 50's. I don't think it will hit 40 when I go out this morning. It's currently 36 at 4 a.m.

I also planted some flowers on my rock/mountain garden. I hope I don't lose them.

It looks like a lovely day here. We are going out for a walk to a local castle and then probably down to the beach.

We went as low as 33.
Son turned the heat on downstairs. Not that I begrudge him but I'm not turning it on upstairs. I need at least two months where my electric bill is manageable. It's 64 in the house because the last few days were very warm. I can deal another day or two until it warms up again.

I just had a shower and washed my face and I looked in the mirror afterwards and I really caught the sun today! It must have been because we were up high at the castle. I don't remember the last time I had sunburn, maybe as a teenager, as I'm usually very careful. It didn't really feel hot enough to need sunscreen. I should remember to put it on every day now.

I turned mine on just for the pipes. I had it very low, though. So annoying. I want manageable utility bills as well. The rates went up so much this year.

It has been cloudy and rainy the last couple of days. At least it isn't as hot!
