This is the theme song from the TV show CB Strike, which I have been watching for the last couple of days.
As far as I know this song only exists as the opening credits tune. Someone should finish it. It's a hauntingly beautiful tune.

You ever wonder what the line, "Get on your bikes and ride!", was doing in the song. (1:40)
When it was released as a single, the B side was Bicycle Race. And interestingly that song includes the lyric, "Fat bottomed girls, they'll be riding today".
