Took some googling but it was worth it.
Do you know the Jayhawks?
Absolutely.
They’re like my favorite band. I’m friends with both of them — Gary’s a really good friend of mine. And so I ended up in this video that was so bad, it’s almost good. It’s fun to watch because it’s so horrendous. The label wouldn’t let them play it because it was so ******* bad. And now I kinda laugh about it, and Gary laughs about it. I feel kind of responsible for it because I kind of hooked them up with the director, and the director was an awesome person, but I don’t think the concept really worked with the song. And also I was three months pregnant and I hadn’t told anybody, so I had this yellow dress on. It was kinda like, “Is she fat or something?”

The Jayhawks are sort of a beautiful trainwreck. They made amazing music, but had so many bumps in the road — and that’s part of what makes them great.
I think the best record is Sound of Lies — it’s kind of a masterpiece. And they recorded it when they were bummed out. I think it’s so beautiful.

@Lou I hadn't heard of Broken Peach before you started posting their videos here, but I like them. Good choreography, too. I don't know if I like them enough to buy their videos/recordings though...
Speaking of buying things... I can't help wondering how much their matching outfits cost. They put on a good show, and the outfits definitely add to it!
ETA: I just went a-googling for info about them, and they have a website- but you can only access it using Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Twitter (none of which I have an account for).

They have more than enough free stuff on YouTube.
I don't think I'll ever buy their recordings. They mostly do covers and I don't think they are any better than the original artists.
But their videos are great. The outfits are great but I love their choreography.
Speaking of outfits - If they keep them - I would love to get a glimpse of their warehouse.
my favorites are the halloween stuff they have done.
Some of their videos show them live in front of an audience - but those are for TV shows so it's not like doing a concert. but I would like to see them in concert.
They also have a series of YouTube videos that are done in one take. (or so they claim).

I bought The Killers new album as I had to have that to buy tickets to see them next year. I'm going to listen to that tomorrow when I use my trampoline.
I need to start listening to some new music as I generally listen to The Weekend and Taylor Swift all the time! I have downloaded three albums by Lorde for my phone. I heard her for the first time on the radio the other day.
