hmmm - I have to go out shortly so think I am going to have a banana rolled up in a tortilla with peanut butter and jam, for now, and maybe my noodley soup later or for dinner

Cucumber and hummus. Still don't like hummus. I think I should cook up some pintos and mash up, have with peppers instead. I wish more veggies were good with refried (not) beans, but I can't think beyond peppers. I guess celery is ok

This morning breakfast was oat groats, oat milk, and mango--that was super good!

today I am definitely having my veggie noodley soy curl soup - I love eating so many veggies this way and it is a cold gray day so it will be awesome

When you posted a pic it looked more like a Thai curry. Sorry if I have said this before! Looked delish.
 
Leftover bean/vegetable/pasta and tomato stew with a sprinkle of smoked paprika/yeast flakes. I added
some minced soya curls for extra protein.

Blueberries and coconut milk yogurt/sweetener.

It looks that way because of the gochujang/miso base for the soup - so I guess it is a bit of a curry just a different culture. It sure is satisfyingly tasty.

Today back to oatmeal, berries, banana, date, soy curl crumbs, molasses, walnuts and the 10 other items that I add to it too.

Concocted some soy curly bacon, and made collcannon for breakfast.
Veg salad and a berry banana chia pudding for lunch
Leftover chili for supper.
Unusual for me, I set everything up last night. I haven't eaten yet, at 8am PST, but writing out the above menu makes me feel full!

A kind of a thick soup/stew made in the IP; green lentils,potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, onions, carrots, minced soya curls, bay leaves, stock, various
spices. Served with smoked paprika/yeast flakes and a drizzle of evo.

An apple.

I had two baked potatoes with cheeze, tomatoes, olives and vegan mayo for lunch. Suddenly feeling hungry again.
