Whatcha Eatin?

In spring 2015 I had terrible arthritis in my ankles so I started the Paddison Program for RA which is a low fat WFPB diet and within a week or so it was cured then about 6 months ago I got finger joint locking in my right index finger so I stopped eating nightshades and it was fixed. Recently it came back along with RA in my right knee and both ankles so I stopped the gluten and that's gone except for the finger joint locking. Can anyone suggest how to fix my finger?
 
yesterday was noodley soy curl veggie soup day - I love piling in the veggies especially the 'garden style' frozen green/yellow beans & carrots, also put in brussel sprouts and water cress, bell pepper, onion, pea pods from the "thai style" frozen veggie mix - so tasty with gochujang and miso as the base

today, hmmm, now noon and still not sure, usually steel cut oats on Saturday so that may be it, unless I get motivated and make pancakes or just have cereal as it has been awhile since I had that for breakbrunch

A huge salad...baby kale and spinach, shredded carrots, red cabbage, onions, green and black olives and a few kalamata, shredded Violife parmesan and pistachios. OMG. It's so crazy delicious.

Did you use salad dressing? Maybe the oil from olives :lick:
Kinda sorry i didn't stop at TJ's just for more cruciferous crunch. I love that blend!

I had a smoothie with flax. Really hating the silicone straws, should have gotten steel with silicone tips

Yes, definitely dressing. Usually I make dressing with hummus but today I felt like red wine vinegar.
 
Cream of tomato soup with a sprinkle of smoked paprika and yeast flakes.
An air fried FYH/rye ww seeded bread sandwich. I forgot to add the Dijon mustard and the
cheese tasted bland.
Soya yogurt with a few drops of salted Cornish caramel and some Speculoos crumbled biscuits/sweetener.

hafta use up some expiring Just Egg liquid so going to make a couple of cakes with it and then use the rest for brunch - scramble with green onions/spices, Field Roast Apple Sage sausage, beans/onions jalapeno on toast, grapefruit/banana

A ww/rye/multi seed sandwich with Dijon mustard and nut roast
Soya yogurt with a few drops of elderflower extract/sweetener
