Whatcha Eatin?

A bowl of leftover mole style black bean & sweet potato chilli topped with slice
avocado,a dollop of Tofutti and some basmati rice/sprinkle of Tajin.

Blueberries with Alpro Skyr style yogurt/sweetener.

Midnight snack of vevan cheddar shreds in toasted pita dipped with ketchup, counts as breakfast.
Kale berry smoothie for lunch.
Supper- phone-cord springy noodles with veg-loaded marinara sauce.
Planned tomorrow- New years supper, blackeyed peas with collards and smoked paprika soup, and either roasted sweet potatoes, or corn muffins.
 
I went out without breakfast today and I was craving a vegan sausage sandwich, but I didn't buy one as I'm trying to avoid takeaways so I came home and made one here.:)

today we are having steel cut oats with lots of berries and toast - yesterday we had Field Roast weiners and beans on toast - while I was away I had lots of peanut butter on bread/banana - some clementines and dark chocolate and mixed nuts while driving

Leftover Chinese takeout: vegan rib bites, a chik'n patty and some crispy tofu with sweet and sour dipping sauce doctored up with Bragg's aminos, sriracha and a little sesame oil.

Wholemeal toast with vegan butter and Marmite.

I need to have a green smoothie as that is one of my NY resolutions. Frozen banana, mango and spinach.

Well, I made the mistake of eating the half of a bagel first, with cream cheese and green olives, while the oatmeal was cooking. It was so good I had to have the other half. So hopefully I will eat the oatmeal for lunch, lol.

To be honest, it was so good I could still eat another entire bagel but I know better, not to do that. 😊

I ended up not having steel cut and having my noodley veggie soy curl soup instead as it had been many days since having it - yesterday I had my oatmeal melange with lots of blueberries and bananas and soy curl crumbs and today we are hoping to have steel cut oats.
