Whatcha Eatin?

Pear slices dipped in curry powder. Weird but delicious--to me.
Oatmeal cooked with mushrooms, cardoon, and tons and tons of garlic. Salt and pepper and soy lecithin granules on top.
 
@bEt That's a VERY imaginative combination of flavors! But sometimes it works. I usually don't add sweetener to my oats because I get plenty of carbs as it is. I still love oats- even plain- but I love mushrooms and garlic just as much, so someday I'll have to try them this way. (I've heard of cardoon, but haven't seen it in any grocery store or farmer's market.)
