I've never seen the truffles in the UK so it was the chocolate bar. I found it far too sweet (but I always do) but found it to
be the best pb milk chocolate on the market. Having said that it's still not as good as dairy milk chocolate.
Over here there are no supermarket brands of pb milk chocolate so it was a real treat.
I had a toastie with vegan ham, lettuce and yellow mustard.

I had some delicious mushroom soup (store bought) with some ciabatta bread.
late breakfast of vegetable soup and half of a toasted Onion bagel.
Soda bread with Earth Balance and a mug of hot coffee.
definitely an oatmeal in the microwave day

noodley soup with kale, lots of veggies, a few soy curls etc - outside it is hanging around the freezing mark so soup seems like an extra great idea

I cooked quite a bit of brown rice in my slow cooker this morning, and added cut-up fresh broccoli when it was almost done. I had some for lunch with canned kidney beans and a bit of canola oil drizzled on. I'll put the leftovers in the fridge soon- they'll be my lunch tomorrow. (I might have some for dinner before that...)
back to oatmeal today although the banana with peanut butter and chocolate chips sounds delicious - hmmm now that I think of it my oatmeal has all the ingredients in it as I use peanut butter powder and cocoa powder and there is definitely a banana

I often have peanut butter with banana, but this twist with the chocolate chip on top of slices with a dash of peanut butter seemed like a fun way to have a banana. I will be having it again for sure.
I am going to have some cherries that I forgot to eat yesterday after defrosting and then toast with vegan butter.

I am trying the Honestly Tasty Bree and it is very good! Very shocked as the last one I tried was terrible.

Toasted artisan style sourdough bread with Violife spread, mashed avocados and Tajin.
Sliced bananas with fresh pineapple.

I just ate the last of it with crackers.
I'm going to have a bacon bagel when I feel hungry. It is a new (to me) type of vegan bacon.
the usual Sunday brunch of breakfast beans on toast with a side of Just Egg patty/shreds/jalapeno and sliced banana/orange
