Overcooked pasta is super good as a cheese sauce, mix in loads of nooch, touch of mustard, garlic powder and salt--and to really work together, some vegan mayo!I cooked some elbow macaroni- enough to have leftovers later- but I was too pokey draining them and they were a bit overcooked.Still edible, of course. I ate some of them with a drizzle of canola oil and some crushed tomatoes.
