noodley soup today - no fresh kale left so frozen it is

nope didn't have that yesterday as the noodles from the night before were still fresh in my mind so I had a w/w pita wrapped around a large banana with peanut butter and jam inside and then stole some of my honey's black beans and put in some cherry tomatoes and green onion and vinegar and soy sauce and hot sauce...

today will be rolled oats/soy curl crumbs berries etc

Half a ww sandwich with sliced smoked tofu, spread and Dijon mustard.
A red cabbage & carrot slaw with chia seeds, vinaigrette and yeast flakes.
Apple puree with a few drops of vanilla and coconut milk yogurt/sweetener.

Mung bean just egg omelet with spinach, homemade vegan cheese and onions topped with hot sauce, plus a side of air-fried homefries and a few pineapple chunks.

I cooked some elbow macaroni- enough to have leftovers later- but I was too pokey draining them and they were a bit overcooked. :mad::sob:Still edible, of course. I ate some of them with a drizzle of canola oil and some crushed tomatoes.
Overcooked pasta is super good as a cheese sauce, mix in loads of nooch, touch of mustard, garlic powder and salt--and to really work together, some vegan mayo!
