Sally does all the hard work concerning the forum exchanges. It is too late to sign up for the present one, however if you check the thread there are or three per year ; Christmas, fall (autumn) and spring.

We usually run around three a year - one for the Holiday season, one around the spring, and one in the summer. The 'theme' of each exchange may change from time to time - we like to keep things interesting!"

i feel saddened that my holiday season box to my person didn't get to her because of my personal life but, hopefully next time i sign up for another one I am sure i would have enough to ship the stuff… the last several months been crazy …

I think we do four, right? One per season? I was just about to ask for opinions on the summer exchange.

That's what I thought.

I was thinking:
Sign-ups for the summer exchange at the end of June
Matches by the end of the second week of July
Packages mailed by the end of July/first week or first two weeks of August
Packages must be received by the end of August/first week of September

That will allow some breathing room between the spring and summer swaps and the summer and autumn swaps, but you can tweak the schedule a bit to whatever you think is best.

Looking at the history, we've done three a year - spring, autumn, and winter/holiday season. Doesn't mean we can't start having a summer one though
