Game:post an ingredient/food that will go with the last food.

a handful of salty pretzels and a second handful of green onions.

I've been snacking on onions ever since my great uncle started me on walla wallas when I was just a young kid (we would eat them like apples).
He kept them in a wooden barrel in the walk through between the house and garage. Except for the two of us I've never met anyone else who liked eating onions like this. (My brother wouldn't even try one)

I heard about someone eating onions like apples, I can't picture it being nice. :DI do eat pickled silverskin onions though so I suppose it isn't that different.

Green onions, jalapenos, guacamole, grated vegan cheese, salsa and tortilla chips.

I suppose eating raw onion is an acquired taste, but so are many other things, and you don't know what you're missing till you try it. A good sweet onion is a great thing to nosh on.

I had to look up muscovado sugar. I didn't think it was available in the U.S.
A few years ago I learned that all sugar sold as "raw" in the U.S. was actually refined sugar with some of the molasses put back in.
At that time there was no actual raw sugar available for sale in the U.S.
I was unaware that that had changed.
I need to find some and try it.
