I had read online a recommendation for How To Talk To Girls At Parties. (2017)
The reviewer made a point that the title had little or nothing to do with the movie.
The film is an adaption of a Neil Gaiman short story. I don't always like Neil Gaiman's stuff but the stuff I like - I really like.
Elle Fanning is in the movie and I didn't recognize her. Not even after I saw her name in the credits.
The movie's setting is the London, 70s, Punk Rock scene. It takes a little while to get going and then it gets really weird. The ending also takes a long time to finish up - but the conclusion is worth it.
IMDB gave it a 5.7. I won't recommend it unless you are a big fan of Elle Fanning, or Neil Gaiman, or 70s London punk.
