@shyvas About the article you posted yesterday just above, about a sweet protein's potential to be a safe, zero-glycemic-impact sweetener: I have my hopes up, but part of me says this is too good to be true. I remember an episode of "Remington Steele" which featured some skullduggery about a zero-calorie sweetener which had been invented. One of the main characters, Laura, exclaimed: "This is something the whole world is crying for!!"
