I saw this on amazon.co.uk for £1.99.
That's the sort of thing I use for my Veg1.
I got my small pill boxes from a pharmacy.
Oh this might be quite handy I quite often forget to take my vitamins due to always being in a massive rush in the morning.
I take superdrug multivitamins (which has B12 & pretty much everything in) & a separate superdrug iron one. They are so cheap. The multivitamins are vegetarian but not vegan because of lactose or something. How annoying is that?!
Why hello there! How are you?
I keep driving through your neck of the woods on my driving lessons neighbour.
I've managed to con my dad to get the vits for me when he's been in H&B the last few times so I can't complain too much, but they are:

60 tablets of the vegan multivitamin and minerals, seems to contain pretty much everything lol, but over £5.00 a pop.
I also get the Omega 3-6-9 oils, which are almost £7.00!

In his new book on preventing the mental loss of aging- Power Foods- Dr. Barnard focuses on the excess of minerals causing problems with the aging brain. Not only does he speak of the added minerals-zinc, copper particularly, but also the increased amounts we get in our foods.
Anyone have a take on this?
