A shake shack opened up last winter near me.
I have yet to visit it. they have a vegetarian burger that sounds pretty good (but for the milk and eggs listed in the ingredients)
I just read that they are partnering with the Slutty Vegan to put a vegan burger on the menu. I'll probably check it out when it arrives. Crossing my finger they put a non dairy shake on the menu too.
