I made the moong dahl just egg copy recipe-again. So dang gummy! Like the play doh I used to make with cornstarch.
Last time I said I should try it with plain soy milk, just the beans and water, but i did it again with oatmilk No idea if that's a problem or not. Tasty with the black salt on toast though
