The day before yesterday I had the leftover ‘super salad’, mixed with chickpeas (the dressing was made of balsamic vinegar, mustard, tahini, blended lemon) - Plus (for dessert): I had my ‘mashed banana mix’ (including walnuts, dried berries, cinnamon, dried coconut flakes, almond butter and tahini). All very good
Yesterday I had leftover farro and quinoa, mixed with chickpeas. I did some experimenting and the mix was sprinkled with Za’atar, white pepper, mustard and tahini. Plus (for dessert): banana mixed with pomegranate arils (excellent), followed by dried mulberries mixed with more pomegranate arils; and a persimmon. All very good.
