Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

Fabulous!😄🤞

I got them on SO with my Tesco club card.
Will be having another one.
They don’t taste like steak do I don’t know why some vegans are making a fuss about not wanting to try them.🤦‍♀️
I cannot remember what steak tastes like, but I do like JM.🤩

Pan fried Juicy Marbles with broccolini and baby new potatoes plus Flora spread.
Sea salt and cracked pepper crackers with H&B blue cheeze.

JM has finally arrived in Canada, in a store on the West Coast - I have never had anything shipped that was cold and so am going to hope that maybe it will come to the Toronto area soon.

Last night we had the usual aglio y olio and I added 1/2 can of lentils again and 1/4 of a baguette.

Lentil stew (cooked with lots of vegetables, in a home-made vegetable broth) and quinoa. For dessert: 'mashed banana dessert' -with nuts, dried fruits, dates, cinnamon, dried coconut flakes, almond butter and tahini. All good.

Tofu in sweet, sticky hoisin sauce with cauliflower, potatoes and large flat green beans (I don't know what they are called.)
Romano, probably- they're my favorite green bean! I grow them myself; they're also good as dry beans. My variety, at least, is like a navy bean when allowed to fully ripen and dry. I always save enough to plant in the future.

I googled Romano and it certainly looks like the ones. I love them!

Tortillas with pureed pinto beans, onions tomatoes jalepanos, Daiya Mexican style shreds, and crushed corn chips

great minds think alike - similar however I made quesadillas out of them - one w/w tortilla with some cheez shreds sprinkled on - mashed the pinto beans and added olives, green onions, lots of spices, salsa then scooped those on top of the cheez and then put more shreds on top and the second torilla - into the frying pan (no oil) and put the lid on until crisp on one side - used a plate to flip them and did the other side - delicious

chocolate cookies and nuts for dessert
