Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

A pan fried pea protein burger served with wholegrain couscous/peas with a sprinkle of ginger and a drizzle of evo.

Apple puree with vanilla soya yogurt and soya cream plus a drizzle of vanilla extract.

I'm going to try a vegan chicken breast from Aldi and compare it with another one I have tonight as a taste test. I will probably have salad with it. Ice cream for dessert, also from Aldi.

I ended up just having some homemade trail mix and a piece of toast with raspberry jam and vegan butter last night.

Not sure what I'm having tonight, as all my leftovers are gone.
I might do some tacos, as I have filling in the freezer.
 
Roasted some cauliflower, onion, garlic, tomatoes, peppers and then then stick blended them and put them in the Crock-Pot for a nice thick soup.

I ended up making nime chow with rice noodles, celery, carrots, nori and peanut sauce. I also had a couple of veggie spring rolls in the air fryer. Delicious.
