I might just have something light, maybe a fruit smoothie, because I had such a big lunch at a vegan burger place.

I'm going to try a vegan chicken breast from Aldi and compare it with another one I have tonight as a taste test. I will probably have salad with it. Ice cream for dessert, also from Aldi.

I ended up just having some homemade trail mix and a piece of toast with raspberry jam and vegan butter last night.

Not sure what I'm having tonight, as all my leftovers are gone.
I might do some tacos, as I have filling in the freezer.

It was 8pm when I got home last night so too late to cook. I had a jacket potato with spread plus a ww granary toast with
spread and raclette cheeze.

Apple puree plus plain chocolate and some walnuts. Not really a gourmet meal but I still sort of enjoyed it.

we had our power go out for an hour just as I was about to cook so when it came back I made a small pizza with just green olives and sausage with oelek on top - Dad's oatmeal cookies for dessert and I put marmalade on them, very nice addition

We had Juicy Marbles steaks, green beans, potatoes and lingon. It was the first time I had had JM steaks and I have to say, if you haven't tried them, risk the expense just once. If they were cheap enough I would eat them regularly but sadly they are a once in a blue moon purchase. They come with a warning though - you won't believe it's not meat you are eating!

instead of spaghettini we used cappelini last night for our pasta - lots of garlic, some onion, lots of cherry tomatoes, some chopped and some whole and whole kalamata olives - delicious with a 1/4 whole grain baguette sliced thinly - dk chocolate and nuts for dessert

You lost my like at olives, then gained it again at chocolate and nuts.

We had JM steaks with a baked potato and salad with Pizza Express dressing earlier for Sunday lunch. I said to my husband that it is my favourite meal at the moment.

I want to try the Aldi steak, but I can't find it in my local store.
