So, I never made this last night because I got a phone call from a good friend, and let's just say that it was a long call, lol. By the time I got off the phone, it was after 8 p.m., and I wasn't in the mood for cooking. I will be having chocolate mousse for dessert tonight.The other day I had a pan fried Accro burger with whole wheat couscous with raisins/peas/ginger and evo.
Soya yogurt with mango puree.
Last night; Vemondo ravioli with a chiffonade of savoy cabbage pan fried with diced mushrooms, plus a sprinkle
of yeast flakes, Vemondo Italian style cheeze and a drizzle of evo.
Chocolat mousse.
