Viva! Christmas Vegan Outreach in Brighton on Sunday 15th
"We had a merry day giving out free Waitrose vegan mince pies to the public and chatting about the benefits of a vegan lifestyle.
There was brilliant support from the team including Peter who came along for the first time. Such enthusiasm from Santa’s little helpers Ruby and Jasper who gave out so many Waitrose mince pies and leaflets.
We met 2 new people who wanted to join us in the future too.
Thanks to everyone for your commitment to animal rights and making it a day to remember."
I can't bear going to the hypermarket/supermarket during this time of the year. It's heartbreaking to see the live lobsters and crabs as well as the shelves that are laden with foie gras and meat:
