I caught up on Star Trek Strange New Worlds. I did not like the musical episode at all! I am not a fan of musicals in general and that was extremely annoying to me! I liked the last one though and I hate cliff hangers!

I am now caught up on Ahsoka and Invasion. I like Ahsoka a lot! It has mostly women in the cast and they are all bad as$!

I have been binge watching Emily In Paris.
It is so much better than I thought it would be.
I started watching it because its only 30 minutes and light and easy. I like having some show like that to watch while I eat lunch. ( I rather watch tv than read at meals).
But I went from one episode a day to 2, then 3 or 4.
the obvious reason I like it is that it is just filled with pretty people. And over time I have started to really like the characters. It also has very good dialog.
Some of the reasons I started really liking it is the locations. There is of course the locations of each scene. and yes it seems the screen writer has a French Travel Guide on his desk while writing the show. Besides the location of the scenes, I think they are called location shots - the shots between scenes that are just there to add atmosphere - are also wonderful.
The wardrobes are fantastic. I imagine there might be an Emmy or something for the people in charge of that.
Oh, and the music is really good.

started watching Who is Erin Carter... first episode so far, not sure how I feel as it is noir and so a lot dark

I actually stopped watching it after just a couple of episodes. I thought I had seen a good review of it before I started. And then when I checked again it was mostly Luke warm to poor reviews.
However lately more reviews have shown up and they are more positive. in fact several reviewers seem to feel like it has been underapreciated by the critics.
I'm going to give it another try after I finish Emily In Paris. BTW, I'm now a big fan of Emily In Paris. If you have Netflix and haven't seen it yet - make it your next watch.

Lou, thanks again for alerting me about „The Good Wife“, my wife and I are now nearly through with season 3, and really, really enjoy watching it.
I watched all episodes and found it ok, although the story was pretty ludicrous, with all the coincidences happening.
half-watched the second episode last night - I would be happy to not watch anymore

Finished Emily in Paris. I didn't like the third season as much. It had more drama going on than the previous ones. Not quite as much fun. But still very Emily.
And I just heard that there is a 4th season in the works. Emily Goes To Rome. Not sure how that is going to work.

I have finally caught up on Endeavour and Grantchester. Endeavour has ended after nine seasons, and I really enjoyed the look at the younger Morse. I was curious as to how they would tie up Morse's relationship with his mentor, Thursday, as I don't recall Thursday ever being mentioned in the Inspector Morse series. Grantchester has been really good, too, though I've read that Tom Brittney will be leaving the show, so there will be a new vicar after Season 9 (which is not out yet in the U.S., I don't think).

we watched the first two episodes of Disenchantment last night - it is a Matt Groening (Simpsons) - it was funny and entertaining but I think there are many episodes that haven't yet made it to our Netflix...
