Your intuition was correct! Is it wrong that I was more upset by the demise of the pigs than of the humans?

I suspect Carol is behind the burnt bodies. She is edgy this season. Not sure about the rats.

I got really sad at the pigs. Of course I was immensely reassured by the fact that, for a brief second, I saw the CGI line where the blood spurted out from shift, so you know they didn't actually hurt the pigs or even cut skin-colored sacs full of blood all over them or some crap like that.

Also I got the distinct impression Rick felt like **** about doing that, so it wasn't an entirely irredeemable moment.

The rats also made me sad, and of course I'm still mad about cute glasses boy being zombified. Very concerned about the two people being burned, I was starting to like Tyreese's girlfriend (I am so bad with names on this show).

Exactly. See, when I remove the code tags, your spoiler tag comes out fine.

I really liked the whole Michonne thing and the baby. Seems obvious that they are going to say she lost a child...wonder if that's why she reacted the way she did.

Did anyone watch the Talking Dead?

WTF was up with Manson? Was he on something? I was really looking forward to hearing his theories and seeing him on the show, but damn he just made the whole thing uncomfortable and awkward to watch. I've seen him in interviews where he has been very immature, but I've also seen him be completely serious, mature, and impressively intelligent.

As I was going to bed, my mother was watching the Talking Dead and I heard her go, "is Marilyn Manson high!?" So I shouted down "of course he is, it's Marilyn Manson!"

Anyways,

Let's get this out of the way first: if they kill Glenn off, I will bash some skulls in.

Carol is starting to freak me out, and it's a shame because I was starting to get fond of her character. Thought it was totally right of her to teach the kids to use knives, this is just way too far though. And even before that, when she tipped over the water! I was yelling at the TV so much during this episode.

Anyone notice how Tyreese escaping those zombies was very reminiscent of the stunt he pulled in the gymnasium in the comic?

Also the fight at the beginning bugged me, these people need to learn to not just start punching each other whenever something comes up.

Overall good and very dramatic episode, tons of crazy ****.

I am not quite sure how to take Carol these days. Marilyn Manson was strange to say the least; he just wouldn't shut up. I am looking forward to next week! Get that medicine and save Glenn! (and the others too, of course) :D
