There are those who say that exercise and activities such as yoga will actually benefit those who are experiencing what you're going through right now. It will clear your head and give you physical and emotional strength to deal with the hand you've been dealt with. I suggest you consider doing some yoga and see if it helps, and then decide if you want to continue with it or not. I care about you. :)
