Whatcha Eatin?

I'd have to buy the harissa paste on Amazon. I'm not making it lol.

I'd probably have to use Tofutti sour cream instead of yogurt. I never see non dairy plain yogurt in my stores. And then decide what sweetener to use instead of honey. I have Violife feta.

It is! Really delicious! I actually made it crustless, and it came out fantastic. I veganized an omni quiche recipe and tweaked it further. The original had just salt, pepper and garlic powder for seasonings, but I added Italian seasoning, and I used vegan feta and the red onions instead of cheddar and scallions. I also added few sliced green olives.

That sounds easy to make using subs. Tofutti is so underrated and one of my favourite basics when I'm in the US. You don't have to add
a honey sub but could use maple, agave or apple syrup. Not too sure about Violife Greek bloc as it's a bit bland and disappointing. As for the harissa, you could just use a chilli paste (Aldi have a good chilli paste) with additional garlic granules, lemon juice and cumin. However, like all recipes, just use the ingredients that you already have and like.

Aldi had their tofu dumplings on clearance for .99 so I got three packs. I was super hungry and just sauteed them in spread. Thai Basil ones. Pretty good, bu wouldn't get at full price of $4!
