I made a smoothie with frozen summer fruits and frozen banana, but it came out so thick that I ate it in a bowl with a spoon!

I made a soup with the leftover vegetable stew from last night's dinner. I added some minced
soya curls and served with a drizzle of evo, a sprinkle of smoked paprika/yeast flakes.
A few savoury (Tajin flavoured) puffs made with leftover pastry.

Some vegan chocolate with chopped hazelnuts from Lidl's. Quite nice but too sweet.
I think we're just going to have a banana/peanut butter/jam tortilla wrap as we are very full from last night's dinner. Maybe will have our usual Sunday brunch/breakfast for dinner.

The kitkats seem to be easily available again!I want to try both of them!
I get them from our little Coop. & the maltesers hot choc is in Aldi.
Tang Yuan, glutinous rice balls filled with peanut paste and sesame paste in sugar water, for good luck.

Toasted granary baguette with spread, mashed avocado and a sprinkle of Tajin.
I will look in Coop later. We now have a Coop very close to us, well, at the old place it was only about 15 mins walk, but now there is one even closer! It doesn't seem to have many good vegan options, though. It only ever has the same onion bhaji sandwich like the old Coop! I did get the xmas sandwich once. I can get Kirsty's vegan cakes in there.The kitkats seem to be easily available again!

Roast vegetable and curcurma raviolis (Lidl's) with a FYH/Stonemill's seasoning/yeast flakes/a huge

Coop is the only shop we have in our little town! To be fair, they stock quite a bit of their vegan range in ours so it's a shame yours isn't great.
There's a new chickn & stuffing sandwich which is OK.
Just FYI, the kitkats are not in the free from bit - they're in the meal deal snack section (in our shop anyway.)
I had some soya chicken pieces with sugar snap peas, baby corn, carrots, onion and lots of garlic and oil. Late lunch rather than early dinner.

Dinner was potatoes, broccoli and half of a protein shake. I'm in a rut/slump.
