Whatcha Eatin?

A green smoothie. I made it yesterday and put it in the fridge and forgot about it. I might do that every day from now on to make sure I get something healthy first thing.:)
 
My day got off to a late start because I slept in. Finally got a decent night's sleep, so I am having my breakfast: oatmeal banana bake with a drizzle of maple syrup, an orange and a mug of black coffee.

Small plates; leek & spinach soup with yeast flakes.
A 3 grain quinoa and spicy af tofu salad/grated red cabbage/spinach leaves/crispy fried onions/
Dijon vinaigrette/yeast flakes.

Berries with Alpro yogurt/sweetener.
