A green smoothie. I made it yesterday and put it in the fridge and forgot about it. I might do that every day from now on to make sure I get something healthy first thing.

My day got off to a late start because I slept in. Finally got a decent night's sleep, so I am having my breakfast: oatmeal banana bake with a drizzle of maple syrup, an orange and a mug of black coffee.
