Whatcha Eatin?

didn't have my noodley soup yesterday just 2 pieces of my homemade bread and so although I would like to have it today, today is oatmeal day so I think I will have that and some of the leftover pizza for dessert

I made a chickpea dip with a tin of chickpeas, garlic aioli, olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder and sea salt and I had it with celery and carrots sticks. It was yummy. I only have a little bit left!

I'm about to make a smoothie with almond milk, a banana, blueberries, cocoa powder and kale.

Toast with spread and Marmite too. I was trying to avoid coffee again, but I had a craving so I had a cup with the toast.

I can't get started without my unique cup of coffee of the day. o_O Moreover coffee is good for you ; full of anti-oxydants, it tastes fabulous and makes the home an inviting feel.♥️

I thought coffee might be causing me to get migraines again, but I don't think it was that. I probably will have a cup now and then.:)

I had a vegan chicken burger with fries in a pitta bread for lunch.

I believe it's when you drink too much caffeine you get migraines as they are withdrawal symptoms. Drinking one or two cups per
day shouldn't give you a migraine.
