Which evening are you planning to have dinner there. I know the chef who is called Gee.
I stopped off at my favorite local health food store, and got about 25 pounds of quick-cooking, organic rolled oats. I got a modest discount for a large purchase, although the way I eat oats they won't last to long-maybe 3 months? I'm rollin' in rolled oats! Yay!
I had a bowl of them this morning with a Delicious apple. I used to think this variety was kind of bland-tasting as apples go- but I bought a few just for variety, and they're pretty good!

it is noodley soup day, however, I may have to go out and about so maybe that will dinner and I will have a pita with banana, peanut butter, jam

Can you describe that? Gnocchi sounds like something I should love, but the ones I've tried had the texture of cooked drywall. I do like cauliflower added to things, i've been wanting to try those.
I'm having a bowl of black bean soup with kale, carrots, onions & and garlic, and about 1/4 cup red lentils to thicken
Hmmm...let's see.
The texture is very soft but I might have overcooked it. I chose to boil it. The other options were pan fry or air fry. I air fry the leftovers and liked it better. But they were already boiled. So not sure how air frying would be straight from the bag/freezer.
They tasted a lot like cauliflower which shouldn't have surprised me, but it did lol. I do like cauliflower a lot so that was ok.
I tried some with a little butt'r and vegan parmesan. But I preferred it with marinara sauce.
I ate far too much yesterday so I am just having some fresh fruit and some toast for breakfast/lunch. Sparkling water with lime too.
well I didn't get my noodley soup yesterday so hmmmm do I have oatmeal or noodley soup? I have to go grocery shopping later so oatmeal...

Home made Tomato soup with home baked sourdough bread.
Buffalo tofu nuggets with homemade ranch dressing.
Apple crisp. I really wish I had some vanilla ice cream for it, it's still hot and the topping is perfect for ice cream
Yum! I almost made that today, but I ended up talking to friends on the phone for quite a bit, and I lost the motivation. Maybe tomorrow.
