Whatcha Eatin?

Nothing at the moment.... but I most recently had some chickpeas I had cooked in my slow-cooker, and Italian bread spread with a bit of peanut butter, a big handful or two of unroasted unsalted sunflower kernels, and a big Stayman Winesap apple on the side. Water to drink. Simple- but healthy, tasty, and satisfying. I'll probably have rolled oats for dinner.

A very late lunch: I had the other half of the Happiee vegan prawns with homemade mayonnaise, sliced avocados
and toasted tiny soldiers made with whole wheat sourdough baguette.

The vegan prawns were delicious and very filling.

A mince pie with Oatly cream.

I had a banana, oat milk, cocoa and pb smoothie. It really filled me up so I will have lunch much later.

I'm going to have pasta with carrots, onion, bell pepper and lentil ragu.

A malted rye & grain folded flat bread filled with mashed avocado, meet free fridge raiders,
leftover mayonnaise, smoked chipotle flakes and Tajin. I toasted the flat bread so it was warm
and slightly crispy.

M&S salted pita crisps.

as I am still feeling full from last night's dinner I am just going to have a small bowl of cereal with some berries/banana - will likely have our usual Sunday morning bean brekkie for dinner
