Whatcha Eatin?

just had my noodley soup and going to eat a grapefruit shortly as I have a dentist cleaning appt in 1.5 hours and find that the grapefruit helps to soften the tartar on the teeth - just have to be sure I eat it soon as it isn't good to eat too close to cleaning time as the teeth can be damaged too

A country style lentil/vegetable/soya curl stew-soup with added spinach, a sprinkle of
yeast flakes/smoked paprika plus a drizzle of evo.
An orange.

A small bowl of organic spelt (sf) flakes with soya yogurt/cream & milk/sweetener/goji berries and pumpkin seeds.
Whole wheat toast with spread & Marmite

Leftover IP ww penne with a kinda bolognese sauce topped with melted
Daiya oat and Applewood cheeze.
Multi seed crackers with chive cream cheeze

Leftovers: a small soft corn artisan tortilla with vegan tuna/roast red peppers/avocado/Tajin/Tofutti.

I also had a slice of some vegan pizza that my friend made but the dough was virtually raw. I scoop most of the filling out
but still have an indigestion as it was so stodgy. :confused:
