Last night's leftovers:

A kinda whole wheat spag bol with extra red roast peppers made in the IP served with
sauteed oyster mushrooms, grated Violife parmesan style cheeze,yeast flakes, smoked chipotle flakes and a drizzle of evo.

A pear.

A zucchini cake sandwich on toasted sourdough bread with homemade vegan ranch dressing and pesto, and a slice of vegan cheddar.

all on rye bread. Apart from the vegan cottage cheese alternative, which was bought at a health food store, all these products are easily available now in Germany at Aldi, Lidl and other supermarkets. Progress.IMG_3374.jpeg
 
I didn't eat all day as I felt ill so I had a vegan cheese and tomato pizza at home and then some chocolate, crisps and a bunch of white grapes.
