I'm so sorry about your loss, @Raven. But I think it probably made it a bit easier on your cat that she passed at home and you were with her.

So sorry Raven. It does bring a bit of peace that she was able to die at home, and also for her friend

I am relieved that we were there as we are out this week and it would have been far worse to have found her when we got home. She is going to be in a communal cemetery with other pets.

They asked if we wanted to have her ashes. I find that quite a morbid idea as we haven't had any of our pets cremated and kept. I know some people like the idea.
