Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

had Field Roast Stadium weiners for the first time last night - there are 6 in a package so it is nice to have 2 leftover for a future beans & weiners

bun/cheez shreds/hot banana peppers/sauerkraut/mustard/ketchup and a side of pickle potato chips and the last two cinnamon buns for dessert

Leftover one pot (IP) organic ww pasta swirl in a kind of bolognese/vegetable sauce served with
Nurishh parmesan style cheeze, yeast flakes/smoked chipotle flakes and a drizzle of evo. I added
pan fried mushrooms and some wilted fresh spinach leaves together with strips of roasted red
peppers. It tasted far better with more vegetables. Pasta cooked in this manner is far better compared
to just adding the sauce to it.

had a half jar of Just Egg liquid leftover from making carrot cake so we made Egh Veggie Fried Rice - onion, peas, bell pepper, mushrooms

carrot cake for dessert and this time I put in some molasses - added richness - I love molasses and put it in my oatmeal also

Big single pot pasta, with gemelli, soy curls, onion, garlic, spinach, zucchini, tomato cubes and paste, and all the usual and great flavourings including dijon, liquid smoke, molasses, salt, pepper and Italian herbs.

I am having buffalo soy curls with rice and steamed broccoli, all topped with a little homemade ranch dressing.
I'm having this again. The flavor was great. I made my own buffalo sauce, and the recipe called for seasoning the soy curls with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. I did this after I rehydrated them and cooked them in the leftover liquid. After seasoning, I cooked them again in the frying pan. The flavor was outstanding! I need to make more ranch dressing, though. :)
