Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

It was M's birthday on Saturday but I was working so we are celebrating today. We had a Thai takeaway. Don't ask me what the meals were called because I have forgotten but one was a creamy red curry and the other was in sweet chili sauce. Both were tofu and veg with rice.

I'm not sure what I want for dinner. I have options. I could have a Just Egg omelet, or American chop suey made with soy curls, or a flatbread pizza made with vegan sausage, cheese, pesto and spinach, or pesto pasta with Aldi meatless balls ... I'm leaning toward either the pizza or the pesto pasta.

last night we had hummus and to dip in it we had raw green onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, zucchini sticks (also raw), cherry tomatoes, olives and the small slab pizza that I like to get that is already sauced I sprinkled with garlic powder, put in the oven until crispyish and then cut it into fingers to also dip in the hummus that had hot sauce on top

this is what the slab looks like and they sell it either whole or 1/4 - unless we are taking it to a gathering we always buy the 1/4 (it can be eaten cold/room temp, or heated up plain, or you can add all the toppings you like and cook it - we do a bit of them all)

I'm going to have a vegan mushroom pizza and a salad tonight so I think I will make homemade tomato soup for lunch.
I didn't make soup so I had half a pizza and salad about 4 and then was hungry again in the evening and we ordered a takeaway!

My husband got a "beef" burger and fries and I had a new dish from the restaurant. A vegan bacon, cheese and mushroom rigatoni. It was really delicious and I am going to try and recreate it at home. I don't have any mushrooms though so I will have to sub it for something else.
