Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

Quinoa steamed in a rice cooker, baked beans with curry powder and beetroot.

I sauteed onions, garlic, my seitan shreds and garlic, then added fresh spinach and some soymilk with cornstarch for a sauce. Nooch at serving.
It was soooo so good. I didn't make too much because it was only a half bag of spinach, and had to share :laughing:

pizza - bought a different slab pizza base yesterday and it was massive - green onions, mushrooms, green olives, bell pepper, cheez shreds, Field Roast Italian sausage crumbled, pineapple - have some leftover so may have as a snack after breakfast/lunch

I was able to get the curry I wanted last night. It was a yellow curry with mango, green beans, onions, sweet potatoes and white potatoes. It was a little different from the curries I'm used to in that it wasn't as creamy as I expected, but it also wasn't a thin broth. It also had a big kick of spice, so much so that my eyes watered! That said, it was quite tasty, and I would get it again with a little less spice. I had it with brown rice, and I have leftovers, so I'm going to have it for dinner tonight.
 
Wheat linguini with sauteed onions, carrot shreds, and spinach with garlic oil. I accidentally poured in more than I wanted.
Made whole wheat bread that just came out now and had a slice with some of my plates oil
