a huge pot of rice and beans and veggies and Just Egg scrambled... onions, carrot, (forgot the celery), bell peppers, chili peppers, zucchini, corn, rice, can of black beans, Just Egg liquid scrambled chopped then added just before the rice, can of chopped tomatoes with most of the liquid removed, and the tasty tasty part was the Korean BBQ sauce that I put in before the rice - have enough leftovers for another meal - chocolate cake for dessert

edit: also put in the other half of our bac'n and that added a very nice smoky flavour too, so found a good use for facon

Black olive fougasse with spread.
Fresh fruit; a pear and a banana.
I had to look up fougasse and wish I'd seen this recipe earlier! I was thinking of bread, but couldn't decide on a recipe
Did you make or buy this? I think Trader Joes has a similar loaf

Grated carrots with vinaigrette/pumpkin seeds/yeast flakes.
A small slice of leek, spinach and tofu bake.

Apple puree with soya yogurt/sweetener.

That sounds like a healthy and balanced meal! Grated carrots with vinaigrette, pumpkin seeds, and yeast flakes provide a good dose of vitamins and minerals. The leek, spinach, and tofu bake offers protein and fiber. And for dessert, the apple puree with soya yogurt and sweetener adds a touch of sweetness while still being low in sugar. Great job on creating a nutritious meal!

I was gifted the fougasse by my pal who invited me over to her pad in the Luberon. There is a traditional bakery that has various
breads including black olive fougasse. She knows that it's my favourite bread and always buys an extra one. Not too sure about
the onions as Greek or Provencal style oily olives in the dough is all that you need.
The main difference with a fougasse and focaccia is that the former is cooked on a stone plate and comes out very crispy.

I'm going to a vegetarian potluck birthday dinner tonight. There's only going to be 5, possibly 6 people, total, so I'm making homemade veggie potstickers. I'm making the filling with shredded Napa cabbage, shiitaki mushroom, shallots, diced up water chestnuts, shredded carrot, and some fresh ginger and ciliantro. For the wrap I will just make a simple 3 ingredient gyoza style dough. And a simple ponzu sauce to dip them in. It will be a bit of work, but should be a crowd pleaser I'm hoping.

last night I made Buffalo Sauce mac and cheez with a side of Field Roast Stadium Weiners - it was Simnett Nutrition's Buffalo Sauce and it was delicious although not for anyone that doesn't like it spicy as it had 3/4 cup of Frank's hot sauce in it, 4 tablespoons cashew butter etc. It was delicious and I still have half the sauce left as I didn't make a ton of Scooby Doo pasta so enough for another meal - it was a big hit
