Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

we had two Field Roast Stadium hotdogs left so made weiners and beans - in the beans was onion, jalapeno, bell pepper, lots of spices, can of beans - then cooked the hotdogs separately and chopped them and added them - plain toast and tortilla chips on the side to scoop it up

Making a shepards pie. I didn't think to soak the Great Northern beans, so I covered with water and set Instant Pot for just one minute, and after the 20 min npr I intended to cook another 10 to 15 min. They were already soft!!! :dizzy::scream:.
I've done this many times, set IP for a min, let npr, added another 10-15 min depending on how they felt after a min. Like a quick soak. I have never had any bean cook in just one min pressure before! And I like my beans well cooked...

I made the shepards pie but didn't want to bake it tonight as I ate other stuff. I remember from the last time it didn't hold up to being a leftover

I put some seitan in the freezer for the first time ever
I hardly get to tj, it's across town. I will look next time.
I like seitan in the freezer because I make a few batches at a time to save some for later.
