Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

our usual Saturday night spaghettini aglio y olio with tons of garlic, onion, mushrooms, olives, cherry tomatoes, zucchini and for a dessert a few potatoes chips and a few (10) peanuts and chocolate chips (10) - one of each in a bite - very delicious and satisfying

A slice of leek, kale & tofu bake with whole grain brown rice (IP) and a
grated red cabbage and raw beetroot slaw with vinaigrette/pumpkin seeds/yeast flakes and
a sprinkle of lemon pepper.

An orange.
 
I added baby bok choy, onions and the remaining leek to the broth I cooked seitan in. Thought I had rice noodles :shrug:
I really wanted mudajara but need to get basmati rice.
