Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

Dinner’s main course, last night, was made of three small, separate, dishes: a small piece of vegan moussaka, a small portion of bean & rice pasta, and quinoa mixed with sun-dried tomatoes. For dessert: I had my ‘mashed banana mix’ (with nuts, dried fruits, dates, cinnamon, dried coconut flakes and tahini). All good.
 
Large ‘hearty salad’, with greens, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, avocado, quinoa and baby potatoes; as dressing: balsamic vinegar, blended lemon, mustard and tahini.

For dessert: a bowl of pomegranate arils and banana; and a small portion of my ‘mashed banana mix’ (with dried berries, nuts, dates, coconut flakes, cinnamon, and tahini)
 
Yesterday I had another large ‘hearty salad’, with a mix of balsamic vinegar, blended lemon, mustard and tahini as dressing, plus a piece of vegan moussaka. All very good.

For dessert: a grapefruit, and a small portion of my ‘mashed banana mix’ (with dried berries, nuts, dates, coconut flakes, cinnamon, and tahini). Very nice too
 
Steamed baby British potatoes with Flora and Cornish sea salt plus an air fried banger; no idea which make but it was delicious.
Apple puree with sweetener and a huge drizzle of Oatly cream-the best ever.
H&B blue cheese with salt & cracked pepper crackers.
 
I had Happiee plant based prawns (Tescos) with mayonnaise and rustic whole wheat baguette:

I have some fresh stuff to use up before we go away for a few days. Three red bell peppers, carrots, tomatoes and lettuce.

I'm thinking of doing a Quorn stir fry as I have chopped onions in the freezer. A big salad should take care of whatever is left. Maybe with baked potatoes and vegan sausages. I'm not sure which one to make tonight for dinner.

I'm doing the same, as I'll be gone for several days starting tomorrow. I think I will have the last of the buffalo tofu nuggets with sides of spinach, peas and pickled beets. The beets are fine to stay in the fridge while I'm gone, but I want to finish up the tofu, spinach and peas.
 
I've never seen that kind of broccoli!

They have a 10% tip charge on the online order form you can't change! I just don't know how to feel about all these extra charges when prices have already gone up so much!
There is one much better further down the road that lets you decide the tip, while the prices are like a dollar more

Edit: It was a 20% tip ! :neutral:
