Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

Friday night I made udon noodles with lots of veggies (onion, garlic, bell pepper, mushrooms) flavoured with Korean BBQ sauce and it was delicious.

Last night we had w/w penne, garlic, green onions, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, sliced Field Roast Italian sausage and a vegan chocolate bar for dessert.

I did try the chickpea/cutlet recipe a couple of times, but found it to have a raw taste. Does using the white beans make it any different. I must say, I love the idea of the recipe but not so much the end result.
It still does have that uncooked texture on the inside, but the outside is so nice and crispy that it doesn't bother me.

Is that Isa's chickpea cutlet recipe? I never understood just sauteing them, as they never cooked well for me like that. I sear both sides then add seasoned water and steam to finish, and let swear at end

I made smokey tempeh with chard and rice with gochujang paste. I've had that paste from TJ's for soooo long. I bought for my son as I never liked it myself, but he never opened it-I find it milder than others I've tried and like it. I don't even know if TJ's still sells it

Yep, that's the one. I've thought about baking them in some broth, but I haven't tried it as I like how they come out as is.

I dredge the patties in flour and brown on both sides, then add hot broth to almost cover and simmer flipping halfway. They keep the breading and come out just like a schnitzel
I hated that recipe when I followed cooking directions, but it's a good dough

No, it's the Redefine one from Ocado.

I've never heard of that one. It's amazing how much choice there is in the UK for pb food/products.

I just looked it up on the Ocado site and it looks delicious. Just something that I would eat for tonight's dinner.

I couldn't even get some pb ice cream over here and I'm craving some.
