Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

it must have been sweet potato day yesterday - I roasted small white potatoes and 'cut into thirds' sweet potatoes, in the oven, without any oils or spices, and made us each a Field Roast Italian sausage to have on a bun with a few cheez shreds, chopped pickle, mustard, ketchup, sauerkraut - I put malt vinegar and ketchup on my potatoes - it was all delicious

Kale and chickpeas, wild rice blend, and these vacuum sealed beets. Nooch all over kale, a drizzle of balsamic on beets. These beets are super good. I got them at Costco for a good price

Darn I've never seen those at my Costco. 😞
I tried the trader joe ones but I feel like they had a chemical/preservative taste and didn't like them much.
 
I got home quite late from town yesterday and wasn't in the mood to cook. I made a very quick meal of seasoned (Wicked, smoked paprika,onion powder) soya curls in the AF served with peas/cauliflower and a white cabbage slaw with Dijon vinaigrette/yeast flakes.

Apple puree with soya yogurt plus a huge swirl of soya cream.
 
it was Taco TFriday last night - smeat was made from Gardein ground with onions, jalapeno and spices added - pica made from green onions, cherry tomatoes, black olives, lime juice - chopped some spinach for greens on top - salsa - cheez shreds and there was leftover smeat so we scooped it up with some tortilla chips
