Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

We really like it and we had tried a couple of vegan steaks in restaurants before that. We were thinking of getting it again instead of a vegan turkey product for Christmas day.

thank you, that's what I was thinking

last night we had breakfast for dinner as we had too much to do to have it for our usual brunch - breakfast beans w/onions, jalapeno and a bagel with a Just Egg patty and a new type of patty from Farm Bay that was really a miso tofu burger - they went together well and also had our orange/banana slices

I didn't eat anything yesterday except for a few pretzels around 3:30 pm so had a simple noodley (double noodles) soup with yeggies and a few soy curls

edit: I forgot I bought a box of mandarins or clementines and had 2 of those for dessert

@Emma JC I'm quite mindful of what I eat and how much I eat while I'm eating it- but lately I find it hard to recall afterwards. I'm careful not to eat a high-carb meal late in the day because of my concerns about diabetes, but other than that I don't pay that much attention to it. Maybe it would be a good idea to write down what I eat over a day or two every 2 months.

Yesterday fingerling potatoes and roasted sausages. Today I roasted a spaghetti squash and mixed it with soy curls, tomatoes, onion, garlic, peppers in a wine creamy sauce in my cast iron. My new toaster over, I can out put it on a timer to stop cooking, so I can start cooking with it while I work, start it on my breaks.

that is a good idea and I kinda use this forum for that... most of what I eat is here

last night we had souped up rice with two Indian Tasty Bites on top, a few potato chips for dessert

A jacket sweet potato with spread and a sprinkle of smoked paprika, chickpea puree, white cabbage slaw with
Dijon vinaigrette and walnuts. Granary baguette with spread.

An orange.
I have been eating a lot of oranges lately. I must be craving vitamin C. :D

I had a breakfast burrito made with some leftovers of a burrito bowl, mung bean egg scrambled up, some avocado chunks and a little hot sauce. I had some pineapple chunks as well.

we have been eating oranges too as I bought a box - they go nicely with the bran muffins

last night we made Kimchi dumplings that I bought at Farm Boy and they were good, not spectacular, I also ate one of the miso tofu burgers with a side of pickle (no bun or other items) - I do have another package of the dumplings and I don't think I will buy them again althought I will buy the tofu burgers again as they were inexpensive and tasty
