Are any of the government based shows this dramatic with as many twists and turns?
 
I have not seen “House of Cards”, but was that not somehow similar - apart from the big difference that Kevin Spacey portrayed the main character as a rather competent (albeit very ruthless) person - so a drama series.

“The Dump White House” (TM) woukd be more like the Al Bundy show in a political setting.
 
I'm reading that Trump's opinion (as per his recent tweets) is now that Sessions should shut down the Mueller witch-hunt. Note: This is just Trump's opinion, he didn't actually order Sessions to do anything! It's totally up to Sessions what he wants to do. Although it has to be said, the number of people who've unfortunately disappointed Trump and therefore been let go ("you're fired!") from his administration is, well, unprecedented. So if Sessions wants to keep his job, he better do his part to stay in Trump's good book. But it's totally up to him what he does about this whole thing.

Except last year, we were told: White House: Trump's tweets are 'official statements' - CNNPolitics o_O
 
And in other news, the trump administration says it has no responsibility to reunite the children they seized with the parents whom they have deported; the ACLU should find those parents.

I have no words sufficient to describe the contempt I have for this administration and its supporters and enablers.
