TV & Film The TV Room

^ I didn't even bother to watch the second TD as it didn't sound very interesting at all.:D

I really like Homeland, at first I thought it was like a more slow version of 24 but it's really grown on me.

I can't wait for the new series of How To Get Away With Murder, Supernatural and obviously The Walking Dead.:starshower:

We're still watching Daredevil on Netflix. I think there are 3 episodes left to watch for this season. Not sure if there is a second season yet or ever ...? Anyway, it's keeping us entertained.

I watched the first episode of Mr Robot and thought it was good but I haven't watched any since then. I've given up on the TV Scream series.

I'm taping the Amy Schumer Stand Up show tonight as I saw a few clips and it looked quite funny. I thought she was good on the celebrity roasts. Who does Amy Schumer think she is? - BBC News

Season finale of HUMANS tonight. I'm nervous and sad and excited all at once. But at least it will be coming back with more episodes at a future date. ;) Will the season end with a cliffhanger, do you think?

I watched a couple episodes of Humans but it did not hold my interest. I would like to check out Mr Robot however. I am excited next Sunday is the premier of Fear the Walking Dead.

This is the only program I watch on that channel, don't worry...I'm not sure why it warrants the History Channel, to be honest. It's pretty much reality tv but I do like it. It keeps reminding me of when omnis ask vegetarians/vegans, "if you were stranded on a deserted island with (insert animal of choice) would you eat it"? Except none of the men are veg*ns.

We watched another episode of Granite Flats, and they didn't mention or allude to God the whole episode. Which was good, because we thought it had been a bit much for a while.

We finished watching Daredevil season 1. Not too bad, not too bad ...
As for the acting I thought it was a tad annoying that what's-her-name seemed to be on the brink of crying in almost every damn scene. Pull yourself together, woman!

Also, I wish the fighting scenes were less exaggerated, to be honest. My willingness to suspend my disbelief got challenged quite a lot.

And, a loose end: I wonder what happened to Becky (or Betsy?), the armour-builder's wife / girlfriend / mother / sister. I mean, Daredevil gave his word that he would save her, but no such thing happened that I could see!
