TV & Film The TV Room

Started to watch "The Man in the High Castle" yesterday. Pretty good.

Actually I suggested watching an episode from a series to my wife as it was already quite late, and she was afraid that if we watch a movie, it would get too late.

And ... we ended up watching the first 4 episodes, before we finally decided that enough is enough :D

Started watching the new series, Evil Lives Here, on ID (Investigation Discovery). I like how this series focuses on the families of people who commit horrible crimes, which is a change from most of their shows. How horrible it would be to find out a close family member has raped, molested, or killed people.

That sounds interesting. I like that channel and watch it now and then. Did anyone watch the premier of "Lucifer" last night? I found it very entertaining and hilarious!

^ I might watch that.

That reminded me of what happened in Supernatural. I wasn't expecting that twist.:)

I'm going to watch the new The X-Files later today. I've been trying to avoid any reviews.

I was an idiot and missed the premier of X files but we watched it last night. I will have to find the pilot online and watch it eventually.

Lucifer is on my what to watch on Video on Demand list (I missed it because it aired opposite Scorpion), along with the new episodes of Superstore and Telenovela that aired on NBC last night that I missed because they're on opposite Supergirl.

And of course Gotham will be back on Mondays soon with new episodes. I hate it when everything I like airs opposite each other.

I know! I am so glad I got the DVR box so I can record the shows that conflict with one another!

I loved X-Files.<3

I watched the first episode of You, Me & the Apocalypse last night. The series originally aired on Sky1 last October and now it's airing on NBC here in the US. I kind of liked it and will continue watching. Has anyone else watched it? Apparently people who have seen all the episodes say it starts out slow but gets better, so stick with it.
