Eat Well for Less, new series! They had a family with two daughters and one was vegetarian so they were talking about protein. The presenters and experts actually said that veg (and even vegan!) diets could easily contain adequate protein. The family ate a lentil bolognese and they all enjoyed it and said that they would make more veg meals in the future.

So thanks to the Supergirl/The Flash crossover episode and the fact that Supergirl has moved from CBS to The CW with the possibility of more crossover episodes, I decided to catch up on The Flash so I wouldn't be too lost when Supergirl returns for season 2. I just watched the pilot episode of The Flash on Netflix, and while I know nothing about The Flash universe, I liked what I saw, so I'll continue watching. I don't know if I'll be caught up on both the first and second seasons before season 3 starts this fall, but I aim to try. So no spoilers, please. And OMG I think I may have to do the same with Arrow?

World's Toughest Prisons

I watched this last night and could hardly believe what I was seeing. There are no guards for the 3000 inmates in San Pedro's prison in La Paz. The 20 guards stay outside of the prison gates.
The prisoners that are in control of the prison. There are families with young children and babies living amongst rapists, murders and child offenders.

I don't know whether this is a unique situation in the world.
