I was looking for the recipe for your noodley soy curl vegetable soup but couldn't find one here on this website. I googled for "noodley soy curl veggie soup" and found several (all of which sound scrumptious)!

A very late breakfast/brunch as I had a medical appointment in town at 8 am this morning:

A sandwich made with organic baguette, spread, a pan fried happyvore banger, a slice of Vegan Deli
cheese (tasted awful) plus some Dijon mustard.

A lemon & ginger infusion with sweetener.

I did have a vegan steak bake before I went out.

I had the leftovers from the chickpeas and rice when I got home with steamed broccoli. I made so much broccoli that I couldn't finish it all so I have another day of leftovers for tomorrow.

A very late lunch as I've been lazing around this morning: grated red cabbage, sliced pears, grated raw beetroot, sliced
hot happyvore bangers with pumpkin seeds and Dijon dressing.
A slice of granary toast with spread.
Seedless white grapes.

I had this again yesterday and today will be steel cut oats/split red lentils, berries, banana, toast with pb

here is my recipe as simply as possible:

Noodley Soy Curl Veggie Soup

water in the pot starting to warm - stir in whatever base you like, my preference is a heaping tablespoon of gochujang and a large teaspoon of white miso - once that is well stirred in and broken down then I add the veggies - approx 10 baby brussel sprouts (frozen), a large handful of frozen green & yellow beans and carrots (frozen) and some Thai Style frozen veggies, then I sprinkle some garlic powder on top, then add a handful of soy curls and either a handful of fresh arugula (or other greens) or frozen kale - once it starts boiling then I add in the noodles

once it is cooked I then add, gourmet rice vinegar, tamari or soy sauce, lemon juice, dry Keene's mustard (to bring out the goodness in the brussel sprouts), tumeric/pepper, oelek hot sauce and top with drizzled tahini

I call that a stew not a soup. :pLooks tasty indeed.

A bowl of spelt (sf) flakes with a blend of soya/coconut milk yogurt plus a few drops of vanilla,
chopped pears, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, ground almonds and a drizzle of Sweet Freedom
syrup.

Mango and sparkling water. I'm having the leftover soup I made in a while.
