I have eaten at weird times today. I had a meal about 2pm and just had another meal at 5pm. I had an Aldi veggie burger in a bun. I will probably have a snack later.
I am going to try and use up whatever fresh food I have left in the fridge. I have a carrot, an onion, a stick of celery and a bell pepper. Maybe a vegetable stir fry or I could make a chickpea salad or a chickpea dip?
